Guidelines on the Protection of Personal Information and Handling of Specific Personal Information etc.

Hazama Ando Corporation (hereinafter “the Company”) recognizes the importance of personal information and specific personal information etc. (This refers to individual numbers and the personal information contained therein. The Company shall appropriately handle personal information and specific personal information etc. in accordance to the procedures set forth below.
1. The Acquisition of Information

  2. When acquiring personal information and specific personal information etc., the Company shall, by principle, specify, publicly announce or send notification in advance of the purpose of use of such information.   2. Should the Company receive any complaints regarding the handling of personal information and specific personal information etc., the Company shall promptly and appropriate respond to them accordingly.
The Company shall continually work to improve the appropriate handling of personal information and specific personal information etc.
